the cottage was perfect size. short walk to beach. stocked with cooking accessories. really needs a keurig & better knives though. essentials are basic & starters. bring everything. FYI to future renters.. condos put out a zillion chairs & umbrellas in front of the beach access. so many there is no where for you. if you dont claim a spot super early, you will have to drag way down the beach! we would definitely stay again.

Condo has some rough patches in the kitchen ceiling. AC seems to struggle during the day and they don't like you to drop the temp below 72 in case of AC freezing. So if you like it arctic you may want to stay elsewhere. Great place to stay if you are planning to stay and go to the beach nearby. My family and I personally didn't attend the beach at this condo but it was about an eight minute walk to the beach from the condo. Easiest to drive down and drop off family and gear at the boardwalk to the beach then one person go park and then walk back. If you plan to go to Crab Island like we did you may want to stay closer. it was about a 25-35 minute drive depending on traffic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very nice place to meet up with family. Airport close by. Not far off the interstate. Beach and outlet mall within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. We had a great time and will do again for sure.

Had a wonderful time. The kitchen had some missing items such as forks. It would be helpful to have a larger bottle of dishwashing liquid. We brought our own laundry detergent. I think the only real surprise was the amount of construction going on. The first two days of the week Monday and Tuesday the construction started before 7 and it shook the house like an earthquake. I called the property manager and they were able to help resolve the start time of the construction. I would say there is a bit of wear on the furniture appliances and interior walls. A bit of an update might be warranted. Overall a great family vacation.

Overall, the location and occupancy is why we picked this house, you can't beat either of those things with this house and price. This property is located a very short walk to the beach and right next door to the community pool. The house is apart of a community and all the houses look similar and I did notice that most were advertising to book for a stay. Beach chairs, boogey board and other beach items were there for our use. This is a three story house with one bedroom and one sleeper sofa on the ground floor. We would stay again.

Three generations all got together to enjoy the beach and each other - the 5 bedrooms meant that everyone had privacy when they wanted it, and the common areas on the first floor were always bustling when they didn’t. The laundry was always running, as was the dishwasher, and not once did anyone run out of hot water - a unique experience in a big family! The beach is a quick walk and is unbelievably beautiful, with NAS Pensacola providing additional entertainment with fighter planes and Ospreys flying over. I hope to return, and will definitely look for this property again!

The stay was great. The property provided almost everything we needed for our family stay. Plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and tidy. It rained and made things chilly would have liked to have had more blankets. The outside diid need a bit of updating, but it was still accommodating for us. Short walk to beach approximately 5 mins. The location was good. Close to many shops. Downside, the way the road runs it’s a little confusing to get into the place, but once we figured it out it was fine. We will definitely be back

There was enough room for everyone to have thier own space and common areas were large enough to accomodate all eight of us easily. The beach and pool were both within short walking distance. Very relaxing....we didn't want to leave!

We had so much fun at the house despite all the rain!! It was perfect for us (8 adults). The beach was just a five minute walk and the grocery store was less than a five minute drive! We loved the large dining room table that could fit everyone for eating and games! The kitchen counter was huge for all our food. Having a bedroom/bath downstairs was great for the 95 year old grandmother. My only recommendation is to include scissors in the kitchen ;-)

The house was perfect for our needs. It easily accommodated 2 couples and 5 children, and it was quiet yet accessible to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beach; pet friendly. The manager Justin was prompt in responding to any communication. We hope to come again.

The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and spacious, in a busy but surprisingly quiet neighborhood during high school spring break. It's a short walk to the beach and very close to the pool. Nice!

We loved our stay at Biglow's Bungalow. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. My husband and I loved the balcony off the Master bedroom. It was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The place was close to the beach and stores. Also, the community pool was steps away from the house and was a nice place to unwind after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
