Excellent overall. We rented for a week and were surprised we had to buy our own dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels and other usually supplied sundries. I get it if we were only there for a weekend but not for a week

Great family vacation! Plenty of space for 8 of us! Very clean condo! Love the view from the master bedroom of the beach! Plenty of towels and washcloths for all of us. The only complaint I wish there were more kitchen cooking utensils such as knives. Also cooking pans as we don’t like eating out due to the long wait and crowds!

Beautiful property, looks just like pictures. Lovely view with patio furniture that makes enjoying the view easy. Right across the street from the beach, easy walk. The pools were very nice, a little cold but the indoor pool is heated which was very nice. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is a little bit of a hike. Don't take the first elevator at the pedestrian bridge, it won't go to where you need to be due to the gap between the buildings.

The indoor pool was closed for two days as they fixed the drain and the pavers , very dusty. It would’ve been good to know that this work was to be going on this week and weren’t able to use the indoor pool but overall was very nice. Luckily we had good weather to be out and on the beach. It was 7 of us and the 4 day stay was nothing short of AMAZING! We were steps away from the beach. The Condo also had a souvenir shop and a cookie/ice cream shop on the first floor, which my children ENJOYED. The condo was absolutely GREAT. It was me and my wife, our 3 girls (7, 5, and 9 mos.), and my parents in the condo. There was so much room. And everything we needed was in the kitchen. Loved walking across the street to the gulf and rinsing the sand off in the outdoor showers by the pool.

We had a wonderful time in Destin! This condo was perfect for my family. Was very clean. The views are absolutely beautiful and we sat on the balcony as often as we could. The location was perfect! The indoor pool was perfect for our kids, especially since the weather was a little too chilly to be at the beach. Would recommend and would stay again!

Pros: My husband and I enjoyed Magestic Sun. This property had an ocean view master bedroom and living room. I LOVED waking up to the sound of the waves. This property is a great location. Great view. Con: I searched for a property that had ocean view hot tubs. The hot tubs are in front next to the ocean, but you can’t see the ocean because here are tall shrubs blocking the view. That was a disappointment. All in all, we were happy with this property.

714 B was a fabulous condo. We vacation to Florida a few times a year and this was one of the most well stocked and comfortable condos we have stayed in. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All 6 of us slept great! Beds were comfortable and had ceiling fans and extra box fans. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The balcony set all of us comfortably. The beach was easy access and the indoor outdoor pool was nice. We had a few problems the kitchen bar/island had a rotation of different color lights we couldn't turn off. They were bright at night. A few of the plug Ins didn't work but not to big of an issue. I highly recommend The Majestic. Thanks for the amazing stay!!!

Perfect view of the ocean despite being across the street. Easy access to the beach. Very clean and updated. Conveniently located to all the restaurants and anything else you might need. Only a few cones to be prepared for on our next stay. Bring garage bags and paper towels -you only get two kitchen garbage bags and one roll of paper towels. Also, one of the back bedrooms is exposed to the outside hallway lights and there is only a shade no black out curtain. I loved that this place was at the end of the hall so no disturbance from people passing your room. One little neat amenity was that there was a black wash cloth for taking off makeup. You only get one though but there is a washer and dryer. We DEFINITELY will come here again. Just perfect!!

I thought the property was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. There were 7 adults in the condo and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen! We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had a lot of equipment. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Would highly recommend!

We’ve visited Majestic Sun a number of times now 714B is the best with all the windows and ocean views. Personally I can’t sleep on a hard bed master bedroom bed just right we’ll definitely be back. We had the most amazing family vacation. With two little ones getting to the beach was a breeze. The condo has an amazing pool set up in case the beach is windy or cold in the off-season. This condo has views of the water everywhere you look. Amazing finishes and plenty of space. The facilities were clean and the location is in walking distance to beach front restaurants. Lastly the gym was great.

We loved this end unit with all its windows and we'd love to stay here again in the future. The only negative was that the floor was a bit gritty when we arrived. This is a beautiful unit with plenty of room. Our spacious balcony faced the beach. There is a road between the condo and the beach, but traffic moves very slowly and cars stop for pedestrians so it was no problem at all crossing. It was also nice that this is an end unit, so we had lots of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay. A great little restaurant, Whales Tail, is within walking distance. Thanks to the owners for being accessible via email in case we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had another great vacation at Miramar beach! The condo was clean, well maintained, and plenty of room for our family. The view was absolutely amazing! To be able to sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and watch the dolphins every morning was the best. To look out the windows and see the breathtaking views was definitely what we needed. We live a very busy life and to be able to relax and not worry about anything was amazing. Easy access to the beach was nice as well. We will definitely reserve this condo again. The condo was clean, well maintained and plenty of space for our family to stretch and relax. We appreciated that this was an end unit and we had no issues with noise from the one neighbor. Beach access was convenient, and we liked the foot shower at the pool to rinse off. Miramar Beach was very quiet and family friendly. We saw lots of stingrays and pods of dolphins each morning during breakfast on the patio. Renting was easy and the realtor was very responsive and provided a recommendation on renting a pack n play for our daughter. Highly recommend the condo to friends and family and would come back! Overall the complex is well taken care of, but our only complaint is security team is too strict. This is a vacation community not a military base. As guests had to go through the gate anytime we wanted to leave or return and we always seemed to get a lecture or interrogated about our activities. We got a warning for our the yellow guest pass not being complete the first night and then reprimanded again at the gate that we completed the form in pen not sharpie! The community security personnel is not under the owners control and is just a minor complaint on our otherwise great stay.

At the time this happened, this was a very new policy and perhaps they did not remember that this was one of their duties. I have contacted their supervisor and the manager of the Seascape HOA to insure that we do not have a repeat of this. Thanks again for visiting us!

The indoor pool was perfect for our kids, especially since the weather was a little too chilly to be at the beach. Would recommend and would stay again!

There were 3 couples and we stayed October 11-15. The weather was great and we were right on the beach. This condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. What I liked best was 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 3 couples, it was great! We could walk to dinner or Uber. There were 3 weddings right on the beach and we had a front seat it was great! Will definitely stay there again and Mary was very pleasant and answered any questions I had for her.

The condo was clean and very well maintained. The cond is very spacious, there was room for everyone to relax. Beach access was convenient, and the beach and water were spectacular. The overall complex is well taken care of, and very secure. The condo is located in the Miramar Beach area that was very quiet and family oriented, but close to the Harbor Walk and other activities. Tents/canopies are not allowed directly in front ot the complex, but there was an area reserved for them further down the beach. If you like space bring your own umbrella and chairs as the area in front of the complex has lots of room to spread out! Renting from Mary and Tom was a breeze, they were very easy to contact and very accomodating!, Their real estate rep was quick to respond. I would rent this condo angain and I would recommend it to family and friends.

This was a reunion with all our adult children and their significant others, so it was important to have space and and ensuite bathrooms for the 3 couples in this unit. The location was great for the beach as well as restaurants within walking distance. Shopping and sight seeing all close by. The condo owners, Mary and Tom were great - very responsive and helpful! We had everything we needed to cook a few meals in the condo, as well as have easy breakfast and lunch foods for our group. We would definitely rent from Mary and Tom again!

We've just returned from a week at Mary's beautiful condo and had a fantastic time. The view is magnificent and only a short walk across the street to the beach. The dining room chairs, deck furniture and a few other items have been updated since the current pictures. In fact, the pictures don't do the unit or the views justice. Thanks Mary, for allowing us to stay at your unit. We look forward to returning!

The pictures did not prepare me for the amazing view or how clear the water is here! The condo doesn't advertise that it has a heated pool but it does and it was a life saver when the weather turned bad. The condo had everything we needed. We slept with the balcony doors open with the sounds of the waves pouring in. There just isn't enough words. This was a first for us but definitely not our last.

We had a great time. 4 adults had plenty of room to move around, and it was great everyone had their own bathroom. Views fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is bring your own beach chairs, unless your fine paying $40 + tax for one day. We did buy a beach chair in the shop in the lobby. It was nice the unit was at the end of the bldg. We recommend this place and would stay again. Mary the owner was very kind and quick to respond to all texts. She kept us updated since we arrived when Hurricane Hermine was arriving. The hurricane never touched us.

This 3BR 3 BA condo perfectly suited our needs. It is direct gulffront with a large balcony, situated on a corner of the bldg, high enough to be quiet but providing a great view of that soft white sand beach! Well furnished, with large TVs in every BR and in the living area. It had been freshly painted earlier in the summer and the entire condo looked and felt fresh. The condo in the Majestic Sun resort is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, drugstores, and entertainment. The little ones in our party loved the resort indoor/outdoor pool and well-stocked gift shop. A very good beach service is situated directly in front of the resort to provide an array of options for your beach comfort/recreation. The parking garage was convenient and the security controlled access to the resort made it feel safe. Mary, the owner, was responsive to all inquiries and very informative. It is easy to tell she genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their experience. I highly recommend this property and hope to soon return.

The beach is white; the water is blue-green; the view from the balcony faces the gulf and is nearly 180 degrees east to west - perfect for viewing beautiful sunrises, spectacular sunsets, and the occasional pod of dolphins swimming by. My wife and I have spent the winter months here for the last four years. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of room allowing us to invite friends and relatives to join us here and be perfectly comfortable. Both the condo and the building are meticulously maintained, tastefully decorated and as noted in another review the owner is both friendly and responsive. Getting around in the area couldn't be easier. A lightly-traveled two lane 35 mph street lies between the building and the beach. A few blocks north is the four lane highway 98. Both of these routes run east and west and provide easy access to huge shopping areas, numerous eateries with a variety of cousines for every budget, beautiful scenery, and all the usual community amenities found at home. We've discovered that one of the best places to learn what is available in the area is in the swimming pool which functions as a friendly social gathering where you can find new friends and all sorts of local information. The stay here can be both activity-packed or laid-back-relaxing as you like. We could not be more pleased with this unit and intend to return here in the future.

I am so glad that we discovered this condo in Destin, FL. From my initial contact, the owner was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to every email and request. She could not have been nicer. The unit itself provided exactly what we needed. We had plenty of room, a fabulous view of the Gulf and the lake from every window, 3 large, flat-screen televisions, an indoor pool, a short walk to the beach, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, and a well-stocked kitchen. This is a corner unit, so the living area had 2 good-sized windows in addition to the sliding glass doors to the balcony. There was also a window over the kitchen sink. As other reviewers have mentioned, the view of the sunset from the balcony is breath-taking. The best view on the beach! Our time here was easily our best Thanksgiving ever! And the weather could not have been better! We would love to make it our new Thanksgiving tradition!

Our family decided to take a mini vacation to Destin, Florida. We had the pleasure of staying in this condo. The layout of the condo was great. Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was a huge plus. We had 8 people with us. My parents, my husbands parents, and then the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). There was plenty of room for all of us and having 3 bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space to get ready. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo each day and dinner one night. The Condo had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. Plenty of plates, pans, serving utensils, etc. The condo even has a blender which came in handy to make frozen drinks. The Condo is on the 7th floor at the very end and we heard no noise at all. The best part was the balcony and watching sunrises and sunsets from it. Amazing views! It was so convenient to be on the beach 3 minutes after you walked out the door. Super convenient to run back and forth during the day to use the bathroom, refill on drinks, etc. The beaches are amazing, this condo was amazing and we look forward to vacationing here again!

My family and I recently stayed in this gorgeous 3 bed 3 bath condo on the end of the 7th floor- we were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The unit being on the end had much light and was furnished very nice from the flat screen TV's to the luxurious bedspreads and curtains. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware and glassware not to mention pots and pans galore anyone would need to cook many meals. Also a nice pantry to store many items. We could not have asked for more in this spacious place with great access to the white sand beach just steps away. Hope to come back next year.

We had a great time at this condo. There were 6 of us all together, 3 adults and 3 college-age girls and the size was perfect. The 3 bathrooms was perfect for all the girls to get ready! Location was great - beach all day and then went out to dinner at night. We were able to walk to 2 restaurants which was nice. The view from the condo was so nice and being the corner unit there wasn't any traffic walking by the condo. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and neat when we arrived. We would love to go back next year!

We had an excellent week at this condo! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We brought our two college-age kids and two of their friends. There was more than enough room for all of us. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen items and linens we could possibly need. There was a beach chair and umbrella and beach toys. The view was fantastic and the beach was wonderful. The location is close to many things - shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, go-kart racing, etc. There are also many places within walking distance. We absolutely loved it! We can't wait to go back next and do some of the things we didn't get to do this year because we ran out of time.

I just wanted to personally thank the Ryan's for renting this condo to us. It was perfect! From the moment we got to the condo, we knew it was perfect for our family. There were six adults. The two girls slept in the room with King size bed, the two guys slept in the room with the full and twin beds, and my husband and I had the king size master suite, which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Each room had a bathroom, which was a plus. There was ocean view from the livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. Everything you need is in this condo, including some beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The purpose for our vacation was so our son could propose to his girlfriend. Everything went perfectly. They are now happily engaged and may rent a condo for their honeymoon next year. We went on a Flippers Adventure Dolphin tour, Harborwalk, the Jetty's, Fudpucker's, Mellow Mushroom, Margaritaville, and Olive Garden. Everything was within driving distance and easy to find. Please consider this place if you want to rent a condo in Miramar Beach or Destin area. The Ryan's were great to work with and are very nice people.

This place rocked! We have visited off season, so it wasn't packed with families and kids which was really nice. There is plenty of shopping and eating close by. The beach is fantastic. The condo is wonderful! Views from all around are gorgeous. Very well maintained and clean. Will most definitely visit again. I could sit here and type all day about how great this place is, take my word for it you won't be sorry.

The condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn't possibly have been happier. What a lovely place. This was our first trip to the Destin area and we originally expected it to be a one-time special experience. However, after being there for just two short days we had already decided that a return trip was an absolute must. We will definitely stay in the same condo again, it truly made the trip the fantastic experience it was. The layout of the condo, the comfortable and cozy furnishings, the fully-equipped kitchen, and the 3 FULL bathrooms combined to make it the perfect place for us. Being an end unit, the views are stunning not only from the balcony but also from the windows in the living room/kitchen, as well as providing lots of natural light to the space. The building itself was clean and obviously well-maintained. Beach access was super easy and convenient (and we very much appreciated having the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available in the condo). Overall, I can't think of a single thing that would make this condo more perfect! We will definitely be back next year!

The complex was easy to find and exceed our expectations. The condo easily accomodated eight people, five adults, two teenaged boys and a toddler. There were plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted and there was plenty of seating in the main room if we all wanted to watch somehting together. The view from the balcony on the 7th floor was amazing, but three elevators in the complex provided an easy way to and from the unit. There was easy access to the beach and the condo had plenty of beach toys and chairs. The pools and hottubs were kept in excellent condition. There were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store located within minutes. There was little traffic and plenty of parking.

When i viewed the ad for this condo, I thought it looked wonderful. It proved to be more than I expected. The property had everything I expected and much more. There was an electric mixer and blender as well as all other modern appliances. There was a closet full of beach toys and equipment, The property was clean and well-maintained. All our questions and concerns were answered in a most timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone. The ocean provided us with a tranquil setting that was unsurpassed by anything I have experienced in my 63 years of life, My family enjoyed the water sports and the beach for recreation. The pool and exercise room were definite pluses. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun.

We stayed from 09/29/12 to 10/3/12 and it was great. The place was beautiful. The view was GREAT. Close beach access and everything you could want from a place to stay. Sitting on the Balcony was nice and peaceful. The pool and hot tub area was well kept and it was nice with the indoor and outdoor pool area. The Condo was comfortable and well maintained. There were beach chairs and beach toys in the closet and plenty of room inside. We had 8 people staying there and it was plenty big enough for us all. I will definitely look forward to staying here again. The condo is close to many stores for food or shopping or going out to eat, what ever you need or want to do.

What a wonderful place to stay at! So spacious and very comfortable. Had everything we needed, even beach chairs and body boards. Seventh floor view was awesome. This condo is an end unit so there were many windows to look out of. Easy access to the beach. The two-lane road in front of the condo was very easy to cross! Nice stretch of beach! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo, complex and grounds. There is a Winn Dixie right down the street and many restaurants. Many thanks to the owners for letting us stay here....so friendly and helpful. We had a blast! The kiddos are still talking about it!
