Overall the rental was very good! The trashcan is still broke and needs replaced. There was also some sand still on the floor when we arrived but understand we’re at the beach so not too big of a deal. The rental could use some oven mittens if using the oven. The experience was still very good. The view of the beach every morning was great, as well as the short and easy walk. I’m looking forward to hopefully return next summer some time.

it was a very clean and spacious apartment and we love that its so close to the beach. The tennis courts that we can use is 0.3-0.4mile from the building. We also like the hot tub on the 1st floor of the building.

Very clean unit! Hot was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. Area was gorgeous and beach access was directly across the street. When the description says you need basic kitchen condiments.. they mean it. Think ahead for your salt/pepper etc when shopping or packing, other than that it was all wonderful!

This is a great place to stay with a family, The condo has lots of room, with a king bedroom with bathroom, and then 2 full-sized beds with bathroom as well. A young family of 6 would comfortably enjoy it here. There were 4 of us, and my 13 year old son and 17 year old daughter appreciated having their own beds. The location is very central to the public beach, and to restaurants up and down the boardwalk. The view is simply amazing, as you sit 8 floors up, waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Parking is incredibly convenient, as it never took more than 2-3 minutes for me to get all the way down to my car in the covered parking deck. When we first arrived, where to park could have been communicated a little better, as the parking deck is attached to the Seagate building next door. Once we figured it out it was very easy in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It's the perfect getaway, far from the chaos yet conveniently close to everything. The breathtaking beach views and the wonderful pools made for an unforgettable experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Honestly, the pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice—you have to see it for yourself to truly appreciate its beauty. There are two beachfront restaurant bars within walking distance, adding to the convenience and charm. The host was always responsive, and their clear instructions made the stay seamless. This has been, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I've had so far!

We had an amazing stay here! We all personally thought that if there was more than five adults that it would have been uncomfortable in the sleeping arrangements. But for the five of us adults it was perfect! The building was super clean, the unit it self was super clean, the balcony and the view was perfect all through out the day. The pool was easy to access, check in/out was a breeze, parking was easy! We had a great vacation and would definitely return.

We loved the Majestic Sun. It had everything my family needed. Beach front, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, easy parking. I hate parking garages but this one was fine and you can park at the top floor which is the third floor to the condo and I liked that better even though it out in the open. Convenient to restaurants, beach shops, shopping. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the people walk the beach and sidewalks in the evenings. This beach allows tents so get up early and steak out a close water spot. There is a beach chair service in front of the condos so if you want to rent, it’s available. I also seen bike and golf cart rentals really close by. Easy check in and out, response was immediate. Thanks for everything!

Very nice place in a great location. We had 7 people of all ages and it fit us well. Agent was very helpful and responsive. Only drawback was that the floors were very sandy/dirty turning your socks black just from walking around. Sweeping didn't help.

This property was exactly what my family and I were looking for. The location was incredible and we will for sure come back! Simple access to an incredible beach, with many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

We love the area and purposely try to stay in Seacrest when we go. The view is phenomenal and location is perfect for stores and restaurants. This condo offered a great parking spot in the basement garage which made it very easy to just put our beach chairs etc. in the vehicle without having to constantly lug them up and down from the room. Everything was comfortable and stocked with all we needed for cooking. Personally I would upgrade to a Keurig coffee maker. The only issue we had was we were told the day before getting there that the dryer was not working, which is important to do laundry on a beach vacation. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience, and no attempt to fix it was made the whole week we were there. They have a broom, but no mop, which would have come in handy for spills. We had a great time and contact with management was easy. Would stay again.

This resort if fantastic. The view can not be beat. Waves out your balcony all day and plenty to do in the Miramar/Destin area. If you are looking for easy beach access with the best possible view this is it. We have stayed in this resort before and the price on this unit at this time of year was one of the best out there. The unit was up to par too. There were some minor things that need to be addressed in the unit but this issues were minor for our stay. The bathroom had 2 light bulbs that burnt out during our stay, there was a cracked face plate on the electric socket under the counter that would pop off if you used that socket (our son plugged his laptop in there) and the screen door to the outside didn't slide clean but for those of you that have a screen door at home you know that they always seem to have issues every year or so. None of these minor issues affected our stay but its the only "ding" I would give to the unit and our vacation. The cabinets were well stocked with an abundance of cups and plates and dishes for any occasion. A blender, a toaster oven, a full sized coffee maker and plenty of silverware made it easy for us to have meals in the room and fill the dishwasher and still have kitchenware left for the next meal. We will certainly check back to this listing for future visits to the area!!

You could not pick a more perfect property. It's right on the beach so you can sit up at night on the balcony listening to the waves or watch the dolphins in the morning. More than adequate room and amenities. Everyone you encounter is so nice. We will definitely be back, this has been by far our best vacation yet.

Had no complaints regarding anything until the day we were about to leave. My wife turned on the hall light as we entered the room and found a big roach crawling across the floor. He didnt last very long. And then we had a young family with kids stay in the room next to us. Very noisy. Could hear the kids up at daybreak running down their hallway, and the parents were out in front of their room at late hours,after midnight, carrying on, keeping us awake. Wife told them to take their conversation inside, and they did. Other than those two instances, I would highly recommend this place, and would go back in a heartbeat. My wife and I could actually see ourselves living in one of these condos. They are superb and the view is breathtaking!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay very much. We take a beach trip together every year. This was the first time we have been ‘across the street’ from the beach, but it is situated so close that it hardly matters! The condo itself is a bit small, but had everything needed. The complex is well maintained with nice parking garage, lots of luggage carriers in lobby, and nice pool. No complaints! Would stay here again.

The condo is very roomy, well equipped and comfortable. The View of the beach from the balcony of this condo is beautiful. It was a treat to wake up every morning with a cup of coffee and the view of the sunrise. The beaches are incredibly beautiful, I will definitely stay again in the future.

Great view of the beach from the balcony & the beach was directly across the street. Fully functional kitchen for cooking. Close walk to restaurants, shopping & grocery shopping.

This was our first time in the Destin area and the first time renting a condo through a private owner. It was a great experience. The view was gorgeous and the condo was well furnished and very clean. The condo even had books and board games in the closet, a touch by the owners that we thought was very nice. Great price for such a beautiful location. The pool area was nice, always clean, and well monitored to make sure only guests of Majestic Sun were utilizing the pools.

We were extremely happy with our stay! Beautiful view off of the balcony. Condo was very well equipped with any items that were needed for our week long stay. It was also a plus to be able to use the parking garage which was easily accessible to the elevator! We will be back!

This was our third year staying at the Majestic Sun and this condo was very nice and well equipped. It was perfect for our family of seven and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The owners were wonderful to work with and we would definitely recommend this condo and will look at staying here again in the near future.

After staying in PCB for about 15 years my wife and I decided to try something new. What a great choice, this condo offers everything you need form location, view, and easy beach access. We stayed here for a week in May and it was a great place to stay. Great complex. Indoor-outdoor pool. The condo is on the 8th floor and has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The place was clean and well decorated. The owners were great to work with. I would recommend to all and will stay here again on future vacations.

We were in Destin to celebrate our anniversary. The condo itself is excellent! It is spacious and clean. Our favorite part of the condo was the view from the balcony! We ate breakfast and lunch out there nearly every day. The location of the condo was ideal as well. It's out of the "touristy" section of Destin, but it is close enough if that's what you want to do. The road that this condo is located on is quieter and less crowded than the "touristy" part of Destin. There is a plethora of good restaurants close as well. The owners are easy to work with too. All in all, we had an excellent experience and we would recommend this condo and this Destin experience to everyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! This is a great resort in an excellent location. Easy to get to everywhere I wanted to be. The unit itself is very well equipped, modern and very comfortable. The owners obviously are keeping up with it. It has a great view of the beach and an awesome balcony. I would do it all again! Destin, Majestic Sun, and this very unit!

This is a wonderful condo that I visited twice this year in May and December. The unit is a spacious 2 bed with very nice furniture, TVs, and decoration. Best part is the full view and balcony of the sugary white sands and emerald ocean. Perfect location for walking on the beach, laying out in the clean sand, or swimming in the ocean. The area wasn't too loud or crowded, plenty of personal space to enjoy. We enjoyed a charming southern winery a couple blocks away as well as several seafood grills. Nightlife was still accessible with short taxi ride to Baytowne Wharf or Downtown Destin. Looking forward to visiting again.

My family has visited Destin many times, but our most recent stay in this unit will be tough to beat. You can't get any closer to the beach, and the view from the 8th floor is breathtaking - especially the sunsets! A very short walk down the beach takes you to the Whalestail restaraunt and a souvenier shop, where you can buy anything you may have forgotten for your beach vacation. The inside of the condo is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is also TV, internet, books, and games within the condo to make great family memories during those nights we stayed in. We will definitely be planning future trips back to this unit :)

Stayed here a for a week with family and had a wonderful time. The condo is right on the beach with a perfect ocean view from the balcony. It was clean, well maintained and very nicely decorated. It was very relaxing and didn't have to worry about loud neighbors. The location was great and is walking distance from several restaurants and a winery. I would definitely come back for another stay and recommend it to others.

My wife and I came here for the first time and had a blast! The condo is beautiful, location is great. Water and beach are so nice and pretty. Lots to do in the area. Restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches it is so much fun! You'll have a blast here!
