We had a great vacation at this condo. GREAT location to the beach. You can't beat the view.Woke up to watch the sunrise on the balcony with coffee. Best way to start the day! Would stay again. Having said that there were a few minor inconveniences. The shower in the main bath was slow to drain. Also the shower head has some calcium deposits slowing the water pressure. Minor issue.Also for a large group extra dishwasher soap would be helpful as well as an additional kitchen towel.All said a GREAT stay. Loved it! Would stay again. The location was perfect

Absolutely Gorgeous condo!! Short walk to the beach!! Appreciate the free beach service!! Comfy beds and furniture! Only complaint was condo was not stocked like I am used to. No beach towels was a bit unusual but will definitely stay here again and just know beforehand

Beautifully appointed condo. We have been stay at this property for years and this was the nicest condo we have had. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with appliances and the ice maker churned out ice. I liked the two full sofas in the living area. The master bath was really well done. (shower door probably needs some maintenance it sounds like sand it grinding in the hinges). We will book again!

The condo was perfection… beautiful and perfect location. The only draw back was the constant running overhead and neighbor smoking on their balcony as well as on the beach ( literally had to leave our beach chairs and umbrella that came with room several days due to her not following the rules). None of this was the owners fault. We would rent this condo again

Our family stayed here for 7 wonderful nights. The condo was welcoming and just as described/pictured in photos. The price was a little steep for us, but we had a fantastic vacation. Beach service was very nice. The condo was exactly what we needed, roomy enough that we had space to feel comfortable. The beds and linens were very comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows, yay! The only feedback I would like to give is it would be nice one could leave items for the next people staying there. It is so hard to throw everything away when our vacation is over. We ended up leaving the salt, pepper, spices, some toilet paper and extra trash bags. It is wasteful to add so much to the landfill when it isn’t necessary, but perhaps there are good reasons for this?

This was the company managing the rental. They were rude and unaccommodating. I wouldn’t recommend renting through them. The condo itself was beautiful!

First let me say that we absolutely loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had a patio balcony with chairs and recliner overlooking the ocean. There is a pool in the front of the building near parking lot. Nothing fancy but very refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Rental comes with one umbrella and 2 beach chairs. It costs 300/wk for additional 2 chairs and umbrella. There is a nearby Walmart.Pretty sure one of the beds was a full and that was pretty much the size of the room with a small dresser.Suggestions for owner:* Have cleaning service do a more thorough job. My husband had to vacuum and mop the floors as they were not clean. There was a brown smudge in bathroom door.* invest in stainless steel pots & pans vs. current Teflon * new pillows (flat)* new kitchen mat & living room rug (dirty)* basket full of rolled beach towels That being said, we really did love our stay and would return!

I do my research before booking vacation units. This unit is great, high end finishes, nice furniture, comfy beds, blackout curtains. Beach set up is so nice and easy. There are boxes at each set of steps to the beach containing lending toys, chairs, etc. book this one!

Our stay was great! Location was perfect. Not too crowded and great for families with small children as it was right on the beach. Condo was clean and as advertised. The only “issue” we had was shower door in master bathroom leaked so water ends up on the floor. We placed a towel down to catch the water. Other than that, everything was fabulous!!

We had 5 adults and 2 kids staying in the condo and it was the perfect size for us. The master bedroom was amazing and the other rooms were nice too. It’s in a great location as well. Approximately 3 or 4 minutes from the grocery store, Destin commons, restaurants, and about 15 minutes to the harbor walk. The owner could be reached immediately for any questions we had. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at a Crystal Dunes property but the first time in this condo. I absolutely love the property, such a perfect location directly on the beach, close to great restaurants and not too crowded. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had most everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again!

Literally, everything we wanted in a place. Close to everything but directly on the beach. We saw dolphins daily. We also, enjoyed our two beach chairs, umbrella and table provided. The property is clean and gated. Private beach. The inside of our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is facing the ocean with ocean views from the master. Our family would absolutely stay here again!

This unit was decorated beautifully. The decor was beautiful and just enough. This unit was not too busy with decor like other units. It was roomy, clean and we would highly recommend this unit. Condo was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. The beach views are spectacular. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 5 mile radius. The beach chair set up was perfect and made all the difference in spending time on the beach. Marti the beach assistant was very helpful and hard working. Didn’t need to reach out to host for anything and no troubles or complications during stay. Instructions on check in was clear. Didn’t want to leave but planning to return soon!

This condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was totally renovated with beautiful beachy decor. The furniture was nice, comfortable and sturdy. Mattresses were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. It was very roomy for 6 adults and an infant. The Crystal Dunes building itself was very nice, clean and well kept. Our only issue was lack of parking spaces when we came back in the evening from being out. I called management and they were quick to respond and even followed up the next day. I can’t say enough good about this condo! We will definitely be back!

VRBO makes the rental process so easy. The location was perfect and having 3 littles with us being right on the beach was super convenient. The unit was beautiful, very clean and comfortable The only small change I would make is softer sheets on the beds. Otherwise it was perfect!

Crystal Dunes is one of our favorite condos because of being so close to the gulf! This condo is comfortable and decorated nicely! Really like the flooring especially because it’s inevitable that sand makes its way into the condo. Master bed is comfortable., however, it would be more comfortable if the mattress cover and sheets fit the bed better and if there was a light weight cotton blanket. The comforter is too heavy weight for summer and fall weather. Also, there is an ironing board but no iron.

Our recent stay in this Crystal Dunes condo was great. Josh is super quick to respond and sends all the pertinent info well in advance. The condo complex is gated with a code entry. This is a nice feature knowing that cars and contents are safe. The condo was on the 4th floor and had excellent views. The elevators and available carts made unloading and loading much easier. The keyed entry is super easy. The condo is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, which isn't always the case. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a teenager. Getting to the beach and the included beach set up was a breeze. We love the Crystal Beach area and this condo had everything we could have needed to make the stay enjoyable!

The only negative was one of the elevators was having problems and we got stuck for about 5 - 8 min (Very Scary). The people on the other end of the help button was very helpful. We heard it had gotten stuck the weekend before and was not serviced. The room and everything else was amazing and would stay again. Maintenance was told of the elevator issue.

This is a great condo! Clean and convenient to tons of popular restaurants and shopping. Beach access is very convenient and in close proximity to the condo. This is our fourth year to stay here and we absolutely love it! Already planning to come back next year!

Again we had a wonderful stay at Crystal Dunes. This location is so nice and close to all the great places to dine and shop. Not to mention the beautiful view of the Gulf and just s few steps to the private beach. This property is so clean and front desk help was so nice and helpful. My family and I along friends stayed at this lovely condo. Our group found this unit to be very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pictures and description are accurate. The beach and pool access could not be better. The view is breathtaking! We found the management and maintenance staff to be very helpful and friendly. They took great care to make sure that only guests were on the property so we always felt safe and secure. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway condo, this is for you. We would definitely return. Linda was great to work with too!

This was an excellent condo and the pictures on VRBO are really how the place looks. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. The 4th floor balcony view was fantastic as it directly overlooked the Gulf. The only negative thing I could say about the unit was that there was very little dry food storage space. We had a lot of food on the bar. The beach was for owners and guests only and this kept the beaches from being crowded. We loved the two chairs and umbrella that came free with the rental. We stayed on the beach all day because of them. Great restaurants and shopping are very close by. We were very impressed with the owner and the cleaning crew as they called us shortly after we left at the end of our week to tell us our daughter's IPad was still at the unit. We are very appreciative of their honesty! If you want a three bedroom condo directly on the Gulf, you would be hard pressed to find one better than this one!
