House is not kept up with, floors were dirty, showers were dirty, found Arby’s trash under the bed, dirty pillows stuck in between bed and wall, picture frames behind bed head bed with broken glass, 2nd floor deck rails missing, holes in screen door… Beds were very uncomfortable, overall location not terrible, pool is nice…

The location was great! Short and nice walk to beach(which was absolutely beautiful) the place was clean until you walked barefoot and your feet turned black(requested a mop and received it quickly) (apparently the cleaners do NOT mop) also the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Thankfully the showers were clean!

Pros: - Great location. The unit is inside a private residential with private pool and private beach. It is also close to the street, and is just across the street from grocery store and EV charging station. - The host gave detailed instruction and was very responsive when we contacted them during the check in period. - The kitchen amenities were in decent condition and there were lots of cookware included for guests. Cons: - The furniture in the bedrooms, although clean and organized, are in pretty rough shape. The beds in particular are very creaky, and the mattress seems a bit cheap. We experienced loud creaky noises while turning on the bed during the night (our group only weight around 110lbs-160lbs per person)

The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautifully maintained and the noise was at a minimum (a concern for us as our balcony overlooked the pool). The townhouse area was clean and well landscaped and the coded gates allowed guest only access, which was appreciated. The location was perfectly situated near the beach and several of our favorite restaurants. We could even walk to several of them with little effort (Pancakery, etc.). An excellent stay and we plan to book here again.
