With its desirable Holiday Isle location, you're just a short walk from the sandy shores of Norriego Point and within easy reach of Destin HarborWalk Village, Crab Island excursions, waterfront restaurants, fishing charters, shopping, and nightlife.
Spend your days exploring the emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast, cruising the harbor, or relaxing on the beach. Then return to your own spacious coastal retreat to recharge for another day of adventure.

Things to Note:
-Parking is available for 2 Vehicles
-A maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 30 lbs., are permitted with prior approval. A nonrefundable pet fee of $200 plus tax applies and is not included in the nightly rate or booking total. Guests must contact our office in advance to arrange approval and payment. Pets found on the property without prior approval and payment will result in a $500 fee.
-Guests must be 25 to book. No college spring breakers. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation without refund. 
-The Water Taxi is an additional charge and guests can schedule pickup directly with them. They are not affiliated with ECVR.
