The place was absolutely beautiful. The balconies had magnificent views and place was exceptionally clean. More than enough room for a family of 5. Well within walking distance of the beach, and shopping centers and restaurants are very easy to get to and not far to drive.10/10, highly recommended and will definitely be booking here again.

The management company was quick to respond to any minor issue. From the times we booked the property, we were given all details that helped us set our expectations accordingly. From our mom who has arthritis to my niece who is still a spring chicken we loved the view, and the amenities at Arial Dunes II (we had a corner room). The walk was a little tough on my mom but she loved the lake boardwalk and walking on the beach.

This property was absolutely fantastic in every way! Short Uber from VPS airport. Checking in was a breeze… walk up to the room and type in code. Communication was great! If we needed anything we just text and they responded right away. However, we hardly needed to reach out (mainly just curiosity questions, no issues) as their app had EVERYTHING imaginable listed and easy to use. The views from the condo are absolutely breathtaking, all the way around (we were on end unit). BedRooms/ baths were good size and common space was spacious and cozy. Great location and so much to do. 7 restaurants onsite at Seascape, tennis, pickle ball, golf course, fishing, so much to do for everyone! Pools were great (one heated). We thought the beach was a farther walk so we rented a golf cart but the beach is actually pretty close and easily walkable right over the boardwalk and across the street to the beach access. However, renting a golf cart was fun and scenic 98 is drivable on golf cart and plenty of parking right in front of beach access. Restaurants, shopping all available and so close. The prettiest sand and ocean I’ve ever seen. The perfect place and location! We cannot wait to return soon and definitely will be staying at Seascape, Ariel Dunes, again!

This is a wonderful, roomy condo which was perfect for my wife and I and my daughter and her family. There are lots of free amenities, 5 minute walk to the beach. View from the balcony is amazing. I gave it 4 stars in 2 categories for these reasons although I would not consider them deal breakers. Parking passes were supposed to be in the condo but we had to go to the office a couple miles away to get them. The other issue was that the living room furniture in the pictures was not what was in the unit. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but the furniture that is there is just not very comfortable. But to finish up on a positive note, the price is an incredible value

- Reviewed On: 3/14/2023

Jeff, thank you for the great feedback. We apologize, but the furniture was updated and we are in the process of updating photos on the site. We added a note to the description so future guests will be aware. We hope you enjoyed your time at the beach and look forward to seeing you return.

Loved the view from the balcony and the location of the condo was only a 10 mins walk to the beach. We did feel that checkin was a bit late at 4pm because checkout is 10am and that makes it feel as though you barely have any time to relax two days out of your trip. Overall, we would definitely book again.

We found this property to be clean and as described. No real issues for us but when traveling with multiple toddlers it was quite a trek with "beach stuff" for us. The extra items provided for the beach were extremely helpful!!! I wish there had been a public restroom near the beach, especially for our little ones! And somehow I missed the pool code, but asked someone else in the pool. Really the condo was comfy, well equipped, and the views beautiful ❤️

Loved this condo! 6 adults stayed comfortably in this condo for a full week. Although we had to wait for Tropical Storm Cindy to dissipate, we were completely comfortable in this location. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking equipment. However, the owner may want to sharpen the knives :-) Overall, the location is perfect. Destin Commons and Silver Sands outlets are incredibly close as are restaurants and other entertainment. The on-site restaurant and bar are great, too! The one draw back is the bed in the master suite. It is extremely soft. If you like a firmer mattress or one that's not marshmallow soft, I'd choose one of the other beds in the condo. The views are spectacular! I've been coming to Destin each summer for about a decade and the leasing agency is the most accommodating I've ever booked through. They truly went above and beyond. The beach is a super quick walk from the condo. The Whale's Tale restaurant is a great on-beach restaurant/bar to grab a quick drink/snack/meal and get out of the sun for a few. The condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, and two heavy duty wagons for guests to use to transport things to and from the beach. If you are planning on bringing one, just save room in your vehicle and leave it at home. The pools are wonderful and the gym is surprisingly great, too! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
