Dolphin Point 203C is a renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo located off the beautiful Destin Harbor. This spacious unit comfortably sleeps 8 with a King, Queen and 2 Full beds setup. Enjoy the beautiful views with this unit's private patio. Just 2 blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach this newly renovated elevator building is right on the Harbor with a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse, beach access, and boat docks. *This building will be undergoing an exterior restoration project from 3/16-8/14. There will be noise, dust, and workers present throughout the day. Balcony closure 4/23-8/14*
When you walk in, you’ll see the spacious kitchen with all full-sized appliances. There is ample counter space to cook up a feast for 6 before heading to the complex tennis courts. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need, so nothing to pack from home. The dining table is situated between the kitchen and living area allowing everyone to interact regardless of location.
The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV or the Harbor view. The balcony is accessed from the large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the Harbor
The guest bedroom has Double bunk beds, a Queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.
The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a King-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a walk in shower.

We had a great stay at Dolphin Point in Destin. The only challenge we faced was accessing the parking lot. Our QR code was not activating the gate. However, the customer support quickly and easily assisted us. The accommodations were very clean. A bonus was the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The private beach was a 5 minute walk from our room. Lovely beach. Despite ongoing construction at the property it did not disrupt our stay. The hosts are responsive to questions you may have.
