The listing is as advertised it’s a quiet neighborhood home with nice pool and walkable to the beach (about two blocks away)!! The interior does match the pictures but a few cosmetic updates could be done on the interior in some areas throughout for example the stairwell handle was very loose. Other than that the homes is great and my group of family and friends really enjoyed themselves.

Thanks so much for staying with us and for the thoughtful feedback! We’re really glad you and your group enjoyed the homes, pool, and easy walk to the beach. We’ve already passed your note about the stairwell handle and a few cosmetic touch‑ups to our maintenance team so we can get those taken care of. Appreciate you pointing it out, and we’d be excited to host you all again anytime!
