Mainsail 131 is a bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor of Building One in the Mainsail community. Perfectly positioned for both Gulf views and convenience, this coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 6 with a King bed in the Gulf-front master suite and two Queen beds in the guest room. The private balcony offers panoramic views of the emerald waters and is the ideal place to unwind with morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Inside, the living space features cheerful pastel tones, a sofa sleeper, a dining area for six, and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, Corian countertops, and all the cookware you need for meals at home. Both bathrooms have been tastefully renovated with granite vanities and custom tile work. A washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen for added convenience. We have stayed in a number of units at the Mainsail, but this was our favorite. The beachfront location was phenomenal with the panoramic view of the beach. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Stayed for a week. Wish we would’ve had a month.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but this was the most amazing place I’ve rented! The views were unbelievable with the wrap around balcony, the beds and couch were exceptionally comfortable, loved having blackout drapes to help me sleep in, the appliances were wonderful and had nearly every single kitchen utensil and necessities we needed, especially for having our Thanksgiving there! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Our first night, arriving after dark, we could have used a little more instruction with locating our place, which was made a little more challenging with some barriers due to construction. But once we found it, there were no problems!!!

We stayed at Mainsail condo, unit 131. The location and condo was perfect. The condo is right on the beach, and the view is unbelievably gorgeous.

Best kitchen views
Aug 4-7, 2023. Have never seen the water this crystal clear!!! Loved all the windows. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc…(bring Tupperware for leftovers). Great location to shopping, outlet mall is literally across the street. Great beach service. Will stay again.

The Perfect place!
The location was awesome, the condo was everything we wanted and could have ever needed, and it was right on the beach! The condo is on the third floor, which was perfect with a two year old, so we didn’t have to wait in on an elevator nor did it take long to walk up the steps. We will be back to this condo, for sure!!
