Mainsail 131 is cozy retreat perfectly situated on the third floor in building one with breathtaking Gulf views, easy access to the pool and to the beach access directly below a few floors. The living area offers vibrant pastels with a cozy sofa sleeper with matching loveseat, a dining table for six, and four bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is nicely updated with teal green Corian counters, full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with private access to the patio, a king bed with cozy bedding, occasional chair, and access to an ensuite private bathroom with a nicely updated custom tiled shower, and a really nice granite single vanity with a seat. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and another nicely updated bathroom right next to it with a shower/tub combo and another fine granite vanity. Enjoy the use of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into the kitchen area. This property is very close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the beach adventures your heart desires.

- Parking notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at the guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed.
