The resort boasts many fine amenities including a 5-acre fresh water lake, lighted tennis courts, two pools and two kiddy pools, shuffleboard and beachside volleyball, and barbecue bits. The Aegean

This conveniently located low-rise resort is ideally located on the popular and exclusive Holiday Isle Community in Destin. The Aegean boasts spacious two and three bedroom units with tasteful interiors which include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, cable TV, internet access and extra large balconies.

There are two tennis courts for sports enthusiasts, and a beautifully landscaped pool for relaxation. Dolphin Point

Dolphin Point is located in the heart of Destin on beautiful Holiday Isle. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath units feature breathtaking views of both the Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests are able to enjoy the sugar white sand beaches less than 100 yards from the complex, as well as the Destin Harbor docks just steps from all units. The Empress

The Empress Resort boasts some of the most spectacular views of the gulf coast, and is one of Destin's most luxurious condominiums. The Empress offers numerous fine amenities including secured gate access, unique walkways over the water with a gazebo, tennis courts, large pools, spacious and elegant living areas, and much more. The Empress is one of the few properties where you can enjoy two different views. One of the views is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and another is of the bay and golf course. Each unit has two separate living rooms, a wet bar in between the two living areas, and just two units on each side of the building per floor.

The Enclave

The Enclave Condominiums in Destin are located directly across the street from the beach on old Scenic Highway 98. The property is comprised of two seven story towers, and has private beach access directly across the street from the resort. The Enclave offers a great location for restaurants and beach stores, all within walking distance. The Enclave Condominiums also feature a large heated pool and tennis courts, and is close to all of Destin�s world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Gulfview

Gulfview Condominiums in Destin are located on Old Scenic Highway 98, and the resort is a great choice for a family getaway. This intimate complex has the look of the old Floridian decor and is situated directly across the street from the beach. The complex boasts a heated pool, two hot tubs, and 200 feet of private white sand beach for its guests.

Silver Shells

Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa is the one of the most luxurious resorts in Destin and the ultimate vacation spot.

The Silver Shells Club features Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, complimentary fitness centers (a cardio fitness room and a circuit strength training room), heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, saunas, steam showers, and a luxury day spa. Outside, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, a 7500 sq. ft. lagoon swimming pool, a shallow children's pool, a hot tub, children's playground, water sport rentals, and the beachside Sand Bar for refreshments and snacks.

Seascape is a gated community with a golf course, lighted
tennis courts, heated and covered (covered in winter only) swimming pools, and a short stroll to Florida's most beautiful sugar white beach or a 2 minute drive with private beach parking within the Resort. The "Whales Tail" - a beach front bar and grill is also located at Seascape complex. Seascape is also a great placefor walking, jogging, or riding bikes.
