d. All keys are left with management.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

NOTE: Your cash deposit, or advance payment, will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account, and all interest will accrue to Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals & Sales. All monthly reservations require a cash deposit.

CANCELLATIONS — Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date will forfeit a minimum charge of $25 per unit (maximum of $100). Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within 14 days of the check-in date forfeit the full advance payment or deposit. Some locations require a ninety (90) day notice. Houses require a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation or the full deposit amount will be lost. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
8. MONTHLY RESERVATION
CANCELLATIONS — Monthly renters must cancel one-hundred-twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Changes in monthly rentals that result in shortened stays must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.

MAXIMUM
OCCUPANCY— The maximum number of guests per apartment is limited at most properties as follows:

10.
MOST PROPERTIES REQUIRE A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged a rate that is higher than the normal three-night rate. The maximum increase is $150 daily; most are $20–40 daily.
