ECVR Policies: Destin Florida beach vacation condo rental resort home

1. CHECK-IN TIME is after 3 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME is 10 A.M.

2. PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions— unless a unit is specifically set aside for allowing pets.

3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

4. We reserve the right to change unit assignments. When you confirm a reservation, a unit will be assigned. However, no unit request is guaranteed.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENT — A minimum advance payment equal to the one night's rental rate is required at the time of booking with a major credit card. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER CARD may be accepted for advance payment (excluding monthly reservations, certain locations, group bookings, spring breaks and major holidays). The advance payment is not a damage deposit. A damage deposit may be required at some locations and during spring break.

6. DAMAGE DEPOSIT — A maximum damage deposit of $1,500 (most are $200–500) is required at some locations. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. If you are arriving within sixty (60) days of booking your reservation, we must receive your deposit within two working days. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within thirty (30) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.

c. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in proper containers, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
